Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Sevyn Beauty is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Sevyn Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If your package is missing, please contact the carrier directly.
